The ARWA Annual Technical Conference is designed to help rural water and wastewater professionals stay on top of important issues within the industry. The conference sessions are where attendees learn about the most recent developments in the industry. These professionals from all over the state and country will be in Hot Springs to learn as much as they can about the latest techniques and new technology and ever-changing regulations.

During the two-day event classes are held for management, office personnel, water, and wastewater operation, certification, and cyber security. The Arkansas Rural Water Association (ARWA) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to assist water and wastewater systems with day-to-day operational and management problems. ARWA through its member utilities in the state is the largest water and wastewater utility membership association with over 600 utility members. ARWA provides a legislative voice for water and wastewater utilities on issues at the state and federal levels during legislative sessions.
