The WaterCop system features:

Real time protection against plumbing supply leaks of all shapes and sizes throughout all the most common leak prone areas of a residential or commercial real estate. Systems can be equipped with an array of wired and wireless leak, temperature, and other indicating sensors.

Waterproof commercial strength valves and actuators for heavy duty performance and long life cycle.

System configurations for all types and sizes of property: from small apartments to enormous estate compounds, including multi-family residential and urban commercial high rises. In most cases we can configure a comprehensive WaterCop system solution to meet your specific needs.

Industrial duty lead-free brass ball valves for long reliable service life. Systems available for the following water pipe sizes: ½”, ¾” 1”, 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, 2”, 3”, & 4”

Multiple wired and wireless interface connections allow our systems to connect and communicate with and home and building security and other automation systems.

5 Year warranty on the ball valve and 2 year warranty on all electronic components.
