GateMitra

Gate Mitra is the Android app for Indian housing societies. It connects the guard cabin, residents, and the society office so visitor entry, notices, and maintenance records stay in one place.

WHO IT IS FOR
• Society administrators — residents, notices, bills, amenities, and reports
• Residents — approve guests, create QR gate passes, view dues, and book amenities
• Gatekeepers — log visitors, deliveries, vehicle IN/OUT, and verify QR passes

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Approve or deny visitors from your phone
• Issue and scan QR gate passes (camera is used only to scan a pass)
• Log deliveries and notify the host flat
• Post and hear spoken society notices
• View maintenance dues and payment history
• Keep a society cashbook residents can review
• Register vehicles (admin approval) and log gate IN/OUT
• Book clubhouse, pool, or other amenities when the society enables booking
• Open emergency and service-provider contacts
• Sign in with password or a one-time email code

HOW IT WORKS
The society administrator creates the society on the web console, adds residents and gate staff, then everyone uses this app with their own login. Each society’s data is isolated from other societies.

NOT INCLUDED
• This app is for Android only (Google Play)
• No ads and no in-app store
• Online card/UPI checkout is not live; cash or recorded payments are handled by the society
• The app does not read your contacts, SMS, or GPS
