About Dwelo: Smart Apartments
With the Dwelo app, residents can control their apartment from anywhere. Cool your home on your way back from work. Check the door lock while you're on vacation. Turn the light off without leaving your bed.
And with Dwelo Modes, you can ensure your home is secure, comfortable, and efficient with the tap of your finger. Heading out? Set Dwelo to Away: the lights go off, the thermostat adjusts, and the door locks. Dwelo Modes are a real-life shortcut - and they let you know at a glance that everything is the way that it should be.
Is your apartment already Dwelo-enabled? Download the app! Not yet? Visit getdwelo.com and learn how your landlord can get Dwelo for your building.

Unreliable Update: great cust service got it fixed fast. Having persistent issues again but am trying to work it out with support. 2020.11 UPDATE: Seems fixed and they added WiFi support capability for my existing Dweller Hub!
So far so good works for me no problem I don't know what all the other negativity is all about. And if I may insert a little common sense it's always a good rule of thumb to take a key along with you just in case something goes wrong. Duh!
I hadn't been able to use my dwelo hub for over a year due to an electrical issue at my apartment and no updates from our office reps; despite my repeated request. I brought my issue to dwelo technical support and had a new dwelo hub in 48 . Top notch customer service.
Jacob with Dewlo product care fixed my problems. Unit is now working as it should. Neat product.
Edit: very pleased at the outreach from their customer service to help me resolve my issues.
Very useful
