Dotori ID Photo Maker

Make a photo that fits the size rules before you submit it. Dotori ID Photo Maker crops a portrait to Korean passport, driver's license and resident registration card sizes, then saves a file for online submission or a 4×6 print sheet.

The app is available in English and Korean.

Take or choose a photo:

- Pick the purpose first: passport, driver's license, resident registration card, or a general 35×45 mm or 30×40 mm photo.
- Take a photo with the camera or choose one from your photos.
- The app checks that exactly one face is in the photo before you edit it.

Crop it yourself:

- Drag the top and bottom handles to set the photo edges. The aspect ratio for the chosen purpose is kept.
- Drag inside the frame to move it in any direction.
- The starting frame leaves room above the head and below the chin, and you decide the final framing.

Backgrounds:

Passport, license and ID card photos always keep the original background. Korean passport rules forbid removing or replacing it, and the app applies the same rule to every ID purpose. General photos can switch the background to white or light blue.

Save and print:

- Save to your gallery. Passport and license files are 413×531 pixels and 500 KB or smaller for online submission.
- Save a 4×6 inch print sheet with cut marks: six 35×45 mm photos or nine 30×40 mm photos. Print at actual size without scaling or cropping.
- Share a saved photo with an app you choose.

Your photos:

Face detection and background processing run on the device. The detection models are included in the app, so photos you already have can be processed offline. There is no account, and photos are not uploaded to a developer server. Working photos stay in temporary app storage and are excluded from Android backup and device transfer. Saved files do not copy the original photo's metadata, such as location.

The app includes an AdMob banner on the home screen and Google's consent flow for advertising privacy choices. SDK diagnostics and advertising have separate data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The app does not measure head size or guarantee that a photo will be accepted. Check the framing and the rules of the office you submit to. No beauty filters or retouching are provided.
