Define in each location whether you work as a surgeon, anesthesiologist, or assistant. The suggested value is already correct: anesthetic fee for the anesthesiologist, 60%, 40%, or 30% for the assistants, according to the CBHPM General Instructions. CBHPM AND SIGTAP OFFLINE, VERIFIED AT THE SOURCE
3,258 CBHPM procedures and 1,696 SIGTAP procedures in your pocket, without internet. The CBHPM database was reconstructed from the book and the Official AMB Communications, edition by edition, from the 5th to 2025/2026. When a code is not found in the official source, the app notifies you — instead of suggesting a number that you could not charge for.
EACH LOCATION WITH ITS OWN CONTRACT RULES
Choose the CBHPM edition used by that payer and apply the negotiated increase, for contracts like "CBHPM 2016 + 15.5%". If the location pays outside the table, register the percentage you want.
