parents better. It save time of student and school and teacher and reduce school cost. Our
system provide monitoring features so it help school and parents to monitor their children on
their phones or laptops that they are in school or in school vehicle and coming home.
It also help schools to instantly communicate with students and staff and share the information
with them on time which reduce the time and cost for all stake holders.

Attendance: Student will be able to record attendance through phone or through our vCARD by scanning it in school.
Staff: Staff online attendance and record.
Vehicles: School Vehicles registration, record and monitoring.
E-Board: Electronic Black Board which will help schools to send any important announcement to all students and staff with one click.
Leave Requests: Students, teachers, and other staff will be able to send online leave requests which will automatically assigned to concern department or individual.
Parents: Parents will be able to see the status of their children from home, about their daily attendance and other teachers comments about their children.
Alert: System will send alert messages to teachers as their own period will end and another period will start.
Monitory / Tracking: School staff will be able to see students and staff and their logistics location on map on their computer .
Reports: School staff will be able to down load attendance and other details of student and staff in beautiful pdf or xl format reports.
