Knitting Row Counter & Pattern

This knitting row counter (it works for crochet too) keeps your place in a pattern and does the knitting maths for you — free, offline and without an account.

Follow your pattern
• Open a PDF pattern or a photo of a book page
• A reading marker sits on your current line, like a magnetic board
• Tap +1 to count a row — the marker moves down to the next line by itself
• Lock the page while you knit, unlock to scroll or turn pages
• The screen stays on while you knit

Counters that stay in sync
• Main row counter plus as many extra counters as you need
• Repeats follow the main counter: "repeat 3 of 5 · row 2 of 8" is always right
• Row reminders: "decrease every 6 rows from row 12" — the phone vibrates when you get there

Resize a pattern to your gauge
• Paste a line of the pattern and every stitch or row count is converted to your gauge
• Round to even, odd or a stitch multiple (+ extra) so pattern repeats still work

Sweater and finishing maths
• Top-down raglan: cast-on, front/back/sleeve split, how many increase rounds and how to space them
