DozeGuard: Video Sleep Timer

Fall asleep with your phone in your hand while short videos keep playing all night? DozeGuard is a sleep timer for video apps: it notices when you have drifted off and stops the video for you.

No more waking up to a hot phone, a dead battery and the same video looping since 2 a.m.

HOW IT WORKS
• You choose the video apps to watch over (for example TikTok, YouTube or Instagram Reels).
• When one of them is open and you stop touching the phone and it lies still for the time you set (5 to 30 minutes), DozeGuard shows a gentle "Still awake?" card with a soft vibration.
• Touch the screen or tap "I'm awake" and nothing happens.
• No answer? The video stops and the screen locks.

SMART SLEEP DETECTION
• Knows which app is on screen, so it only acts while a video app you chose is open.
• Touch detection: any touch resets the timer.
• Motion sensor: holding or moving the phone means you're awake.
• "Try it now" button to see the whole thing in 10 seconds.

FEATURES
• Fall-asleep timer from 5 to 30 minutes
• Adjustable warning before the lock (10 to 120 seconds)
• Stops the sound too, even in apps that keep playing with the screen off
• Sleep history with an estimate of the battery saved
• Night schedule: active only at night, for example 22:00 to 07:00
• Dark theme, English, French and Arabic
