District AI

District AI is the 24/7 AI phone receptionist on your Distronode business line. It answers customer calls, qualifies leads, schedules appointments and updates your built-in CRM. This app is the owner's side of it, on Android.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Take and place calls on your business line, with clear, natural audio, and see who is calling before you answer.
• Watch calls land live and follow real-time transcripts.
• Get an instant recap of every call: what the caller asked for, a summary, and the follow-up they preferred.
• Keep contacts and their call history in one place, with caller intelligence written by the AI.
• Run scheduling natively: event types, availability, bookings, your team and calendar connections.
• Tune your receptionist's persona, voice and routing rules, and preview a call before it goes live.
• Manage workflows, analytics and your support desk from your phone.

WHY THE APP ASKS FOR WHAT IT ASKS FOR

The microphone is used for calls you place and answer, and nothing else. The camera is used only in meeting rooms you choose to join, never on a phone call. Biometric unlock is used to protect the admin console on your device.

WHAT YOU NEED

District AI requires a Distronode workspace. Workspaces are created and billed on distronode.com, and there is nothing to buy inside the app. Sign in with the same account you use on the web.
