About InchIron

InchIron is an All-in-One Gym Tracker.

I was sick of using multiple apps and websites for training, so I created InchIron as a one stop shop for everything I need at the gym.

Log the work
• Add weight and reps in a few taps
• Last weight, last reps, and last exercise load automatically
• Edit or delete a set when you mistype
• Rest timer with sound, vibration, and an optional notification

Calendar
• Calendar home screen with workout days marked
• Open any day to view that session
• Daily notes on the calendar

Exercises and Records
• Exercises grouped by category (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, abs)
• Add your own exercises and categories
• History for each lift, newest first
• Estimated 1-rep max (Epley) on the PRs tab
