Thợ Điện Máy HT

The “HT Electronics” application was developed to digitize the process of providing electrical services, quickly connecting customers in need with a team of reputable technicians. The app is designed for two main roles: Customer and Technician, with separate interfaces and experiences, suitable for usage needs.
For Customers, the application is a convenient, transparent and safe service booking tool. Users can easily create requests for repair, installation or cleaning of electrical, electronic and refrigeration equipment right on their phones. The system allows tracking of work progress, changing appointment schedules, evaluating quality after completion and sending complaints or warranty requests if necessary. Thanks to that, customers are guaranteed a fast, clear and reliable experience.
For Technicians, the application acts as a professional working platform. Technicians can register for an account, verify information, choose professional skills and be ready to receive work. The system helps workers manage assigned jobs, update job status, quote services, record costs and track income. At the same time, workers are also evaluated by customers to enhance personal reputation, creating opportunities to access more jobs. With an optimal design, the Mobile App not only helps customers save time and costs, but also supports workers to optimize work and income. The two roles are connected on the same platform, creating a modern, transparent and effective electrical service ecosystem.
