The current 2.0 version offers key functionalities to perform quality control and quality assurance for the on-site teams, like conducting lab tests and site inspections.

Currently, more than 110 different tests are live on the platform. The App provides a seamless experience for scheduling and conducting various lab tests across all major materials.

1. Soil tests: Soil Compaction Test, Atterberg Limits Test, California Bearing Ratio (CBR) Test Soil Classification Tests

2. Aggregate tests: Sieve Analysis, Aggregate Crushing Value (ACV) Test, Los Angeles Abrasion Test, Specific Gravity and Water Absorption Test

3. Concrete Tests: Compressive Strength Test, Slump Test

4. Cement Tests: Soundness Test, Consistency and Setting Time Test, Fineness Test

5. Asphalt Tests: Marshall Stability Test, Bitumen Content Test, Penetration Test, Softening Point Test, Ductility Test, Stripping Value Test, Viscocity Test, Flash Point Test, Extraction and Gradation Test

Apart from conducting lab tests, the site teams can use the App to conduct site inspections for Highway and Structure related activities and relay the information in real-time for any corrective or preventive action.
