About Dispatch Passenger

Dispatch Passenger app can be used by private hire, taxi, chauffeur service and limousine hire companies to enable their passengers to create and manage bookings via the Dispatch booking system. It allows authorised passengers to create and manage bookings, make card payments for bookings created, view the details of drivers and vehicles assigned to bookings, view the status and track the driver on active bookings. The user can also create a list of favourite locations and journeys which can then be used to create bookings.

Now you can access all your pre-booked and instant bookings in the palm of your hand, from anywhere and at any time!

Download the app and simply enter the provided registration number of the private hire, taxi, chauffeur service and limousine hire company to begin. The company will have to be registered for Dispatch first.
