RataChat

Rata is a character created by me, Ricardo Adrián Lozoya. It exists on youtube on the channel https://www.youtube.com/user/MrDonMakila
of which I am the owner. Please see this video: http://raltoon.com/public/prueba_RATACHAT.mp4

raltoon.com is the official server for my files, as you can see in the video description of this youtube video:
"Hola GOOGLE, vean el video que les mande de http://raltoon.com/"

URL is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lIInLdmuoA

RataChat is an application created by a software company called Devadler, I hire them, and therefore they have my permission for the use of the Niño Rata character.

Also, my YouTube Google account is the same as my Google Play Developer account, that is another prove of my ownership.

I hope you read this and publish the app.
Thanks a lot.
