Yuksel - Civil Service Exam

The easiest digital way to prepare for the civil service exam. Full texts of laws, tests, job vacancies and interview preparation — all in one place. The app is in Azerbaijani.

Yüksəl (Yuksel) is an independent study app for people preparing for both stages of admission to the civil service of the Republic of Azerbaijan: the written test exam and the interview.

The app offers tests covering the main parts of the written civil service exam: legislation, Azerbaijani language, information technology and logical reasoning. Answer the questions for your job group, check your knowledge and understand each topic better with an explanation for every question.

Read the full text of the laws in the exam programme article by article, and find what you need quickly with search. Enter a keyword to search across all documents. Compare the information with the original sources to strengthen your knowledge.

Study the rules of Azerbaijani language, computer science and logic like a textbook. Each rule is explained with examples and notes on the key points.

Prepare for the interview stage with questions on self-presentation, government bodies and general knowledge. Broaden your knowledge with flashcards on Azerbaijani history, geography, culture, literature and economics, international organisations, science and world history.
