Flyra Tourism: Plan & Book

A comprehensive digital tourism platform that enables users to discover and book trips and travel experiences easily through a mobile application available on Android and iOS. The platform combines exploration, booking, payment, trip planning, and order tracking into one seamless experience, allowing users to quickly and clearly find the most suitable tourism options.

The platform operates on a marketplace model that connects customers with tourism service providers. Users can browse trips based on city, date, location, or service type, and view detailed information for each trip, including images, pricing, duration, ratings, available add-ons, and the meeting point location on a map before completing the booking.

The application provides a flexible booking journey, starting from selecting a trip and choosing the number of participants and add-ons, all the way to completing payment through multiple methods. Users can track their bookings, cancel according to policy, and receive refunds through the in-app wallet when eligible. It also supports a trip planning feature that helps users organize their booked trips and display them on an interactive map in a clear chronological order.

For service providers, the platform offers practical tools to create and manage trips, set pricing and schedules, manage bookings, offer paid add-ons, track earnings, and request withdrawals. This enables them to present their services professionally and reach a wider audience.

Additionally, the admin dashboard provides full control over the platform, including managing users, service providers, and bookings, reviewing complaints, sending notifications, monitoring financial reports, managing roles and permissions, and configuring system settings. The project delivers a complete digital solution for organizing the tourism services market, enhancing the customer experience, and empowering service providers within a single trusted platform.
