DefectLog is a professional app designed for managing inspection orders and recording defects found during construction site checks. It helps inspectors and companies organize inspections, document issues, and generate structured reports for clients.
With DefectLog, you can create a separate order for each inspection. For every project, you can select a customer, specify the object type, and record detected defects with category, severity level, and detailed comments. This allows you to keep all inspection data clearly structured and easy to review.
The app includes customer management, making it simple to store contact details and automatically use client information when creating new orders. Once the inspection is completed, you can generate a formatted report and send it directly to the customer via email.
A built in statistics section provides insights into total inspections, defects by category, and severity levels. This helps analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and improve quality control processes.
DefectLog offers editing and order management features, allowing you to update or remove entries when necessary.
Designed for construction professionals, DefectLog brings clarity, organization, and efficiency to inspection reporting and defect tracking.
