LOOKOUT: Notes & Privacy Tools

Lookout is a privacy and storage app. Use it as an app permission checker to see which apps can access your camera, microphone, location, and contacts, block trackers for the apps you choose, and free up space with a safe storage cleaner. It also includes everyday tools like private notes, invoices, a ZIP manager, and an image converter.

App Permission Checker
See every installed app and the sensitive permissions it holds, with a risk level and a privacy health score. Work through a simple review queue, mark apps as reviewed, and jump straight to Android Settings to change a permission. The activity timeline shows when apps gain or lose permissions.

Tracker Blocker with Tracker Shield
Tracker Shield uses a local VPN on your device to filter DNS requests for the apps you select. There is no remote VPN server. Pick Browsers, Social, or specific apps, add your own allow and block lists, and see what was blocked. It cannot remove ads that an app serves from its own servers.

Storage Cleaner, Review First
See how much storage you use and where it goes: large files, downloads, old files, videos, images, audio, screenshots, APKs, and documents. Find exact duplicate files. Nothing is deleted until you confirm, and your cleaning history stays on your device.

Everyday Tools

Private notes: checklists, labels, and locked notes that need your device lock to open
Invoices: create invoices, quotes, and receipts, manage customers and items, and share PDFs
ZIP manager: create and extract archives
Image converter and compressor: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP, with quality and size options
Network info: Wi-Fi details, IP address, DNS, and a download speed test
Clipboard history: saves copied text while Lookout is open
Notification history: a local log of your notifications (optional)

Your Data Stays on Your Device
Private notes, invoices, clipboard history, and notification logs are stored locally on your phone.

Honest About Android
Lookout does not fake RAM boosts or cache cleaning. Android limits what any app can see about background usage, so the timeline tracks permission changes rather than exact camera or microphone use.

Permissions Explained

VPN: only for Tracker Shield, and only after you tap Start protection
Notification access: optional, only for Notification history
Photos, videos, audio, and files: only to scan storage and find files you can clean
Installed apps: to read the permissions of apps on your device

Lookout is for anyone who wants to know what their apps can do, keep their phone tidy, and have useful tools in one place.
