DealerCRM Internal Team

DealerCRM Internal Team is the secure staff companion to internal.dealercrm.com and the DealerCRM Support Center, for voAIce Corporation support employees only. Sign-in requires the mobile number on your support user profile; there is no public sign-up.

Workspace opens the complete permission-gated internal portal in the app with the same roles, data scope, and audit trail as the web. Internal alert links open directly on the page that needs attention.

When OliviaAI escalates a dealer's question to a human, the native case experience provides the context to answer it: the queue with status and priority, OliviaAI's summary and chat transcript, and one-tap call, text, or email to the dealer user, store, or dealership.

Reply with a dealer-visible answer or an internal note and attach a screenshot, screen recording, or document to either. Attachments land on the case record and, on a dealer-visible reply, in the dealer's own chat. The Evidence list labels internal files separately from ones already sent.

Also included: verified knowledge-base solutions you can send in one tap, consent-led live assist, flagging a case to the engineering queue with full context, and resolving a case with a message to the dealer. Push notifications bring internal alerts, new escalations, and replies to you wherever you are.

This app requires a voAIce Corporation support account and is not usable by dealers or the general public.
