About Mova P10 Pro Ultra Guide
The mova P10 pro ultra is a robot vacuum and mop that connects through the MOVAhome app - this guide covers setup, mapping, mopping, multi-floor cleaning, and pet-friendly settings.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Room Cleaning Scheduler
Sets up recurring vacuum and mop schedules by room, so cleaning runs on a routine without manual starts.
Suction Mode Selector
Covers choosing suction levels for different floor types and when boosting suction actually helps versus just draining the battery faster.
No-Go Zone Setup
Walks through marking restricted areas and mop-exclusion zones directly on the MOVAhome app map.
Obstacle Avoidance Troubleshooter
The robot's sensors usually identify obstacles correctly on the map, but real-time reactions can lag behind what the map shows -- this covers what to check when the robot bumps something it clearly detected.
Quick Reference
Button layout and status light meanings in one place for a fast lookup.
Troubleshooting Guide
Fixes for common WiFi pairing issues, since the robot connects on 2.4GHz only, not 5GHz, along with other setup snags.
MOVAhome App Guide
Covers pairing, reading the live map, and where cleaning settings and saved maps live in the app.
Mapping and Navigation Guide
Tips for a clean first scan and the saved-map limit to plan around in larger, multi-level homes.
Mopping System Guide
Covers the dual spinning mop pads, auto mop washing at the dock, and the current limitation where mop pads can't be dropped off mid-cleaning run.
Multi-Floor Cleaning Guide
Setting up separate maps per floor and switching between them from the app.
Pet and Obstacle Avoidance Guide
Honest notes on pet hair pickup with the stock roller brush, plus when a brush upgrade is worth adding for long-haired pets.
User Manual
Full setup reference kept in the app for offline access.
