This symbol is supported by a depiction of the earth peeling off (leaving itself to the right) as a symbol of glory with a color orientation towards yellowish (taken from the color of rice that has turned yellow as a sign of prosperity and glory), while the circle line symbol on the outside is in color degradation Reddish orange where this color means the enthusiasm of human resources, both for those who request services and those who provide services.
