DarziPoint brings customers and local tailors together in Chitral, Pakistan. Keep your clothing measurements organised, discuss tailoring requests, and follow an order from the first quote to collection.

FOR CUSTOMERS
• Save measurement sets for different garments and family members.
• Follow illustrated guides for ladies’ and gents’ garments.
• Record measurements from the body or from an existing garment, in inches or centimetres.
• Share selected measurements with a tailor for review.
• Browse available tailor profiles and submit a tailoring request with a design photo, notes and a preferred date.
• Review the proposed price and date before accepting an order.
• Follow order progress and keep a record of cash paid.

FOR TAILORS
• Maintain a private customer book and saved measurement sets.
• Review measurements shared by customers and request corrections.
• Manage tailoring requests, quotes and order progress.
• Create a shop profile with services, starting prices, availability and portfolio photos, subject to administrator verification.

BUILT FOR LOCAL USE
• Urdu and English interfaces.
• One account can switch between customer and tailor roles.
• Personal measurements and order details are limited to the relevant account holders and participants, with administrator access where required to run the service.

An internet connection is required for accounts and live records. Tailor availability depends on participating shops. Prices shown in profiles are indicative; the final quote requires customer approval. Fabric handover and collection are arranged directly between customer and tailor. Cash entries are manual records; DarziPoint does not process online payments.
