Darbak Roadside Assistance

Broken down on the road? Darbak sends help to exactly where you are, anywhere in Jordan.

Choose what you need, share your location, and we dispatch the nearest available provider — then show you where they are on the map while you wait. No phone calls, no explaining your location three times, no wondering how long it will be.

WHAT WE COVER
• Towing — to a garage, your home, or wherever you need
• Battery jump-start and replacement
• Flat tire repair and change
• Fuel delivery when you run dry
• Lockout assistance
• Windshield and glass replacement

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell us what you need — a few taps
2. Share your location — the app finds you automatically
3. Watch your provider approach on the map, minute by minute
4. Pay in the app and rate the service

WHY DARBAK
• Available 24 hours a day, in every governorate
• A clear price before you confirm — no negotiating at the roadside
• Vetted providers who work on the platform, not whoever answers the phone
• Live tracking, so you know how long you are actually waiting
• Your full request history in one place

INSURANCE AND FLEET COVERAGE
Darbak works with insurance companies and fleet operators across Jordan. If your policy or your employer includes roadside assistance, sign in and eligible call-outs are billed directly to them rather than to you.

LOCATION
Darbak uses your location while you are using the app to send a provider to the right place and to show you their approach. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your device settings, though we cannot dispatch help without a location.
