About MILLAS
What can you do with all your knowledge about flags and maps? Play MILLAS! This video game lets you show off your geographical knowledge. Answer correctly to earn miles and discover countries around the world, learning facts about the most famous cities as you go.
Google allows up to 4,000 characters, so here goes. My name is Ezequiel and I started studying video game design and programming during the pandemic — a world as vast as it is exciting. After jotting down and crossing out dozens of ideas due to their difficulty for a mere student, I found a starting point: creating a geography quiz game. Yes, something basic and simple.
But it ended up being neither basic nor simple. Readers of this description may or may not understand the difficulties of this ambitious undertaking, which took me three years to complete. During that time, I learnt to design and programme, as well as drawing and composing music. Equally exciting was studying and reading about geography.
It's an unfathomable and exciting world. If you've read this far, I hope you enjoy the video game born out of my pure desire to learn.
