GARRUDA - to manage the forecourt operations at a Fuel Filing Station (RO) and helps in digitising the Credit Sales being done by the RO with a seamless connectivity to it's customer.

In the current scenario the credit sales done by a RO is managed thru manual processes involving lots of paper records and processing thru manual data entry resulting in very high probability of errors. This in effect delays processing for periodic billing to the customer for realising the payments on time. Lots of productive time of the resources of the RO goes into capturing the correct data and also closing the daily shifts with reconciled settlements against each shift.

GARRUDA is an initiative in the direction of digitising the entire process of credit sales & forecourt operations under a highly secured environment giving instant visibility to the transactions to all concerned. The entire process of Request to Fulfilment to Billing is fully digitised helping all in the process with higher efficiency while also enabling capturing of Closing Readings, DIP Readings, Managing Other Forecourt Operations, etc.

3. Customer can manage his own Vehicles & Drivers and Also the process of raising requests for Fuel & Lubes, Other Items and services
4. RO can manage the shifts & daily closures of Sale from Nozzle capturing only the Closing Meter Readings and Test Quantities to compute the nett sales
5. RO can manage it's master closing stocks in underground tanks of fuels by capturing the DIP Reading of the Tank
6. RO can record the Payment Mode wise daily Shift settlement for effective accounting of collections against the sales
7. GARRUDA ensures that the RO is fully compliant with respect to its GST Sales transactions be it to the Walk-in-Customer or the Credit Sales Customer for goods & services on which GST is applicable by issuing a compliant GST Invoice at the time of transaction
8, All print outputs needed for customer facing - Fuel Delivery Slip, Fuel Invoice for bulk buyers, GST Invoice for GST items / services are printed using a bluetooth printer
9. Daily Shift Settlement details are printed from the bluetooth printer giving details of Opening-Closing-Test Qty readings, Total Fuel typewise Sales Qty & Value, Payment Mode wise settlements received, Tank Dip Readings
