ConectaPet

ConectaPet is the app for the public program of free spaying and neutering of dogs and cats, carried out in partnership with state governments and municipalities.

With it, you can register your pet without waiting in line and track everything from your cell phone.

WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP

• Register your pets — name, species, breed, age, and photo
• See the spaying and neutering campaigns available in your city, with the open times by species and sex
• Choose the time and register your pet
• Receive registration notification, a reminder the day before, and the result of the service
• Check your pet's record: service history, microchip number, and the authorization form you signed

• Update your data and send documents and proof of address when required by your city's program

HOW IT WORKS

Registration is done by the guardian, in the name of the person responsible for the animal — this is how the microchip and registration are correctly recorded in the city's databases.

Each pet grooming event has its own rules, defined by the contract for that city:

number of pets per CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), minimum age and weight, and required documents. The app
shows the rules before you register.

On the day, just bring your pet at the scheduled time. The team performs the screening, and the
veterinarian decides if the animal is fit for the procedure.

YOUR DATA

Access is via email and password, or through your Google or Apple account. You can
protect the app with biometrics.

At any time you can download a copy of your data or delete your
account directly through the app. We treat your data in accordance with the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018)
and use it only for the operation of the program.

The application is free, without ads and without purchases.

AVAILABILITY

Pet grooming events appear according to the city registered in your profile. The program only serves municipalities with an active contract, so the list may be empty if your city is not yet part of it.
