Cumulus Reel

Cumulus Reel is a bright sky fair. A wheel of red, gold, sky, and violet balloons turns under a fixed marker. A row beneath the wheel shows the colors to catch, from left to right.

The player waits until the balloon under the marker is the next color in that row, then stops the wheel. That color is caught and the row moves on. A stop on a different color spends a try, and the wheel turns a little faster. When every color in the row has been caught, the next fair opens with a new row. After the last fair, the wheel can be wound again.

The play is stopping a turning wheel on a color row. It is not a wager and not a request for payment.
