Кулінарна Академія: курси

Cook like a chef — from the first lesson to your own signature dish. Culinary Academy is online courses in professional cooking and pastry from chefs of the Ukrainian Culinary Academy: video lessons, step-by-step recipes, and checking your dishes by curators. Over 25,000 people from 42 countries have learned at the Academy in 5 years.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
• understand the technique, not just repeat the recipe;
• cook French classics, world cuisines, bread, cheeses, and fermented foods;
• make tarts, eclairs, mousse cakes, macarons, and signature sweets;
• notice and correct mistakes before they ruin the dish.

HOW IT WORKS
• Video lessons from chefs — watch when it's convenient and return to the right moment.
• Cooking mode — one step on the screen, built-in timers and temperatures, voice control so you don't have to touch the phone with dirty hands.
• Shopping list — choose recipes, and the application itself calculates the products for the required number of servings.
• Error clinic — what went wrong, why and how to fix it.
• Dictionary of terms with pronunciation, reference book and PDF-book for each module.

FIVE COURSES
Fundamentals of professional cuisine · World cuisines · Craft production · Fundamentals of pastry skills · Modern pastry skills. Or separate intensives if you want to master one topic.

INDEPENDENTLY OR WITH A CURATOR
Go through the materials at your own pace or send your homework to the curators and receive a detailed analysis. After the course — a certificate.
