CRK SQUARE

Complete safer and smarter freezing and refrigeration management at CRK SQUARE!
CRK Square is the industry's first AWS (Amazon Web Service) Cloud system-based IoT interconnection application that detects abnormalities such as real-time monitoring and remote control anytime, anywhere, and provides service management and rapid product maintenance services.
It provides a variety of functions so that CRK's business partners (specialty stores, installation stores, designated AS stores, store and facility managers), general store operation customers, and internal employees can manage products anytime, anywhere.
[Main functions]
1. Remote monitoring: Check the status of installed products at a glance!
By monitoring IoT-connected products across the country in real time, you can check the equipment status of each store at a glance.
By analyzing the main operating status and performance data of the device, we detect abnormalities in advance and support more accurate maintenance and repair.
2. Remote control: convenient settings and control
You can remotely diagnose equipment status and control it immediately. Products can be controlled individually and in groups.
You can save energy and maintain stable product condition.
3. Real-time failure notification
When an error occurs, it provides real-time notifications in three levels: caution, warning, and serious, allowing you to quickly detect problems.
Users can immediately submit an A/S request, and real-time on-site response can maintain normal operation of the equipment and extend its lifespan.
4. Online A/S application
By accepting connected device information as is, we can minimize and simplify unnecessary input and respond quickly.
5. Easy energy management
Customers can easily check the product's energy usage by visualizing the product's energy usage by period and expressing it in an analysis graph.
6. Remote inquiry and analysis of data
Big data monitored in real time allows you to manage products more accurately by analyzing the main operation status of the product and trends in notification occurrence.
