Boris - PCS Guide

Boris is the local guide built for military families navigating a PCS to the Kaiserslautern Military Community in Germany.

Whether you are incoming, getting settled, or preparing to move out, Boris organizes what you need to know by where you are in your PCS. It is written for an OCONUS move to Germany, not generic relocation advice.

BUILT FOR THE KMC
Boris is designed specifically for Ramstein AB, Vogelweh, Kleber Kaserne, Landstuhl, and the surrounding Kaiserslautern area. Not generic military advice, real local information for your specific situation.

WRITTEN FOR YOUR STATUS
Active duty, GS civilians, contractors, and NAF employees do not always get the same answers in Germany. Boris asks once, then shows the version that applies to you, including the parts of SOFA status that change what you are supposed to do.

PRIVACY FIRST
Boris stores everything on your device. No account required. No tracking. No ads. Your data stays yours.
