CrewLog

CrewLog is the daily-operations app built by a working contractor — for jobs where paperwork always loses to the actual work.

Log a daily report from the truck in under a minute: photos, weather, crew count, and an AI-written summary you can send to the client or GC on the spot. No more typing up notes at 9pm.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• Daily Reports — photos, notes, and an AI assistant that writes the summary for you
• Job Tracking — every project's status, health, and history in one place
• Job Forecast — see the finish date, the critical path, and what a delay or extra crew actually costs you, before it happens
• Change Orders — AI-drafted from your report, sent for e-signature, tracked until signed
• RFIs — draft a request straight from a report and email it to the architect or GC
• Timesheets — crew clock in/out, overtime rules, time-off requests, one-tap approvals
• Job Costing — log materials and receipts on the go; snap a photo and AI reads it for you
• Safety — toolbox talks, incident reports, and corrective actions, logged and signed
• Schedule — every report, shipment, task, and safety talk on one calendar
• Job Map — every active job pinned on a map, with directions to whichever one's next
• Drawings & Documents — plans and files filed by job, not buried in a group chat
• AI Assistant — ask it anything about your jobs, right from the app

BUILT FOR REAL CREWS
Add your team with role-based access — control exactly which jobs and features each person can see. Available in English, French, and Spanish, with automatic translation so a mixed-language crew reads everything in their own language.

NO SALES TEAM. NO LOCK-IN.
CrewLog is founder-run. Message the founder directly and get a reply the same business day — not a ticket lost in a queue.

Your data is encrypted and isolated to your account — never sold, never shared, never used to train anything. Export or delete everything anytime, even after you cancel.

Every feature in CrewLog started as a real job-site headache: writing a report dead-tired, a dispute with no record, doing payroll math at the kitchen table. It's built by someone who's lived it.
