Toolbox Maintenance

Toolbox is the fastest way for your team to report maintenance problems and for your crew to fix them.

Anyone on site can report an issue in seconds — snap a photo, add a quick note, and Toolbox automatically works out the location and category. No training, no forms to learn.

Your maintenance crew gets a clean job pool: what's urgent, where it is, and who's on it. Jobs can be flagged, assigned, and marked complete with time logged — all from a phone.

Built for real workplaces:
• Works offline — report and view jobs with no signal; everything syncs when you're back in range.
• Smart location tagging — each job is filed to the right area of your site.
• Photos on every job — see the problem before you walk over.
• Recurring jobs — schedule routine maintenance so nothing slips.
• Manager dashboard — track everything from the web, with reporting and export.

Whether you run a lodge, hotel, plant, school, or any site with things that break, Toolbox turns "someone should fix that" into a tracked, resolved job.
