PegTune – Guitar Tuner

PegTune is the simple way to tune your guitar.

Pluck a string and PegTune shows you which peg to turn and which way, tune up or tune down, until the needle turns green.

FEATURES
• Automatic string detection: just play, no tapping needed
• Accurate to the cent, with a smooth, steady needle
• A clear headstock view that lights up the string you're tuning
• Popular tunings: Standard, Drop D, Half Step Down, Open G and DADGAD
• Manual mode: turn AUTO off and tap a string to lock onto it
• Chromatic mode for any instrument and any note
• Works offline. No account, no ads, no tracking

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
PegTune listens through your microphone only while you're tuning. Sound is analysed on your phone in real time and is never recorded or sent anywhere.

TIPS
Tune in a quiet room, hold your phone near the guitar, and pluck one string at a time.
