FB Manager - Attendance & Dues

FB Manager is a team management app for amateur American football clubs and college teams.

It brings together the jobs a team manager or treasurer repeats every week: the roster, practice attendance, gear loans, and dues payments. Instead of juggling spreadsheets and the group chat, you keep everything in one place.


■ Roster

Keep each player's name, jersey number, positions, year/class, phone number, and profile photo. A player can hold more than one position, and you can mark players as active or inactive.

Search quickly by jersey number or position. A player's detail screen shows their attendance rate, the gear they currently have on loan, and their payment history at a glance.


■ Depth chart

Set the starter and backup order for every position on offense, defense, and special teams. Pull it up when you build a lineup before a game or plan practice rotations.


■ Attendance

Add practices and games, then take attendance on the day by going through the roster and marking each player present, late, absent, or excused. Mark everyone present in one tap and fix only the exceptions.

Weekly and monthly attendance rates are tallied per player and for the whole team. The home screen shows this week's attendance and your next event.


■ Gear

Register team gear such as helmets, shoulder pads, and jerseys with an asset number and size. For numbered items, you can add several at once.

Record who borrowed what and when it came back. If an item is returned damaged, note it and enter a damage charge, and an extra charge is created for that player automatically.


■ Dues

Create monthly dues, season dues, and extra charges, and log payments. The app compares who was charged with who has paid and works out the unpaid list and the outstanding amount for you.

Unpaid dues are summarized on the home screen, and the payment screen shows the status for each player.


■ Share

Export attendance sheets, the roster, and dues status as text or an image, ready to drop into the team group chat.


■ Backup and restore

Back up all your data and profile photos to a single file and restore it on a new device. When a new manager takes over, the handover is one file.


■ Daily reminder

Get a reminder at a time you choose to log today's practice or game. Change the time whenever you like, or turn the reminder off.
