Daily Report: Construction AI

Talk for a minute. Walk away with a finished daily report.

Daily Report turns a quick voice note into a structured construction daily report, then a signed PDF you can send before you leave the gate. Speak your day the way you would text your PM: crews and hours, work performed, deliveries, delays, inspections, safety, visitors. The AI sorts it into the right sections. You review, fix anything, sign, and send.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap record and talk through your day.
2. The AI organizes what you said into the right sections. Review and edit anything.
3. Sign and export a professional PDF. Sharing fills in the email for you.

Prefer to type? Every field is editable, and a freeform typed update runs through the same organizer.

WHAT YOU CAN CAPTURE
- Weather, manpower, and work performed
- Equipment, deliveries, inspections, and delays
- Safety, quality and rework, instructions received, and visitors
- Jobsite photos with time and location, up to 10 at once from camera or gallery
- A signature with date and GPS

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Online, Cloud AI gives you the most accurate report. No signal? On-device AI takes over automatically, so a dead zone never stops the report. Every section can always be filled by hand. A simple day takes under a minute; a busy day grows to fit only what happened.

YOUR DATA, HANDLED HONESTLY
No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Your voice recordings stay on your phone. With Cloud AI on, only the report text is sent to organize it and is returned to your device.

WHO IT IS FOR
Superintendents, foremen, project engineers, and GCs who need the daily log or site diary done on the jobsite, not at the kitchen table that night.
