Create a pot for that event, trip or purchase and share it the link with your group, however you like (WhatsApp, Facebook, Meetup, SMS, email, carrier pigeon - you can even write them a letter if you want!). See who’s committed by who has actually paid.

Eliminate cash.
You know the deal. You’re always the one who pays upfront for your friends. Most of the time they pay you back. But there’s always that one person who never has the cash on them. No cash? No problem! If they’ve got a phone, they can pay you there and then.

Set deadlines - get everyone’s money in time.
Need to book those tickets or put a deposit down for your group? Is there always that person who needs endless chasing? Add a close date for your pot, and everyone will know where they stand - pay up on time or miss out.
