COJEGO Conformité Gonflables

Simplified EN 14960 compliance. On-site inspections, legally binding PDFs, offline.

COJEGO is the on-site application designed for professionals in the inflatable rental and entertainment industry (castles, slides, obstacle courses, games). Developed with and for active operators, it digitizes the entire regulatory compliance chain mandated by the NF EN 14960 standard—from routine inspections to dismantling.

✅ WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH COJEGO

— Guided Routine Inspections
Over 50 structured inspection points in 5 categories (installation, anchoring, accessories, safety, general condition). Mandatory supporting photos, digital signature of the inspector, automatic geolocation and weather updates.

— Digital Maintenance Log
The entire lifecycle of each structure in a single timeline: inspections, accidents, repairs, modifications, dismantling. A complete downloadable PDF is available for use in the event of a DDPP (Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations) inspection.

— Compliant Uninstallations
4-step uninstallation report (general condition, expected vs. present equipment, photos, client signature). Automatically generates a time-stamped PDF.

— Fleet Management
Inventory of structures with real-time status (to be inspected / operational / out of service / overdue). Annual inspection alerts at 30 and 7 days prior.

— Native Offline Mode
Working in the field without network access? No problem. All inspections are saved locally and automatically synchronized as soon as the connection is restored.

— Team Management
Invite your delivery drivers and facilitators, assign roles (Manager, Operator, Driver, Secretary), and monitor their activity from the dashboard.

— Centralized Document Management (EDM)
All your PDFs (inspection certificates, uninstallation reports, accident reports) are accessible with a single click, by structure or by date.

— Security & Confidentiality
Data hosted in France (OVH). TLS encryption, JWT token authentication, no ads, no third-party tracking.
