About ComfortDelGro Booking App

An upgraded ComfortDelGro Booking App with a new look and new features. It provides users with a completely new interface which makes taxi booking that much easier. Users can sync their Google calendars to the App to allow it to remind them to book a ride closer to their appointments; select available promo codes and enjoy more in-app payment options. New users can sign up with the App through Facebook or Google, and are automatically registered into its rewards programme.

Functionalities Available

New Booking
- Booking of current and advance jobs are available.
- Automatically detect current location using GPS as pick-up address.
- Add notes to driver.

Favourites
- Location: Preset and retrieve favourite locations for booking.
- Journey: Preset and retrieve your favourite journeys with trip details (pick-up and destination addresses) for booking.

Booking Status
- In-app push notification for all taxi bookings.
- Location tracking for confirmed taxi booking (immediate tracking available for current bookings and tracking available 10 mins before pickup time for advance bookings).
- Check taxi status or cancel taxi bookings regardless of the channels.
For example, user may book a taxi using SMS channel and subsequently check the status of the booking using this booking application.
- Estimated taxi fare.
- Share trip details.

History & eReceipt
- A list of 20 completed bookings for the past 30 days is available for reference.
- Rebook from your previous trips.
- eReceipt available for each completed trip.

Rate Driver
- In-app push notification to rate our driver after each completed trip.

Survey & Feedback
- Share your taxi experience with us via the survey and feedback feature.

News & Announcements
- Be updated with the latest News & Announcements from ComfortDelGro Taxis.
