About Climbr Lab
ClimbrLab is the training app for climbers and climbing coaches. The coach designs the plan, the athlete executes it on their phone, and the data automatically returns to the coach. No spreadsheets, no WhatsApp screenshots.
IF YOU CLIMB
• Your plan, week by week. Open the day's session and execute it step by step: sets, reps, weights, and rest periods with a timer.
• Record what you do. Each set is saved with its weight and reps, so next time you know exactly where you're starting from.
• Videos for each exercise. If you don't know how a movement works, watch it before you try it.
• Ascents. Record routes and boulder problems with their grade in your preferred system: French or YDS for sport climbing, Font or V scale for bouldering.
• Tests and metrics. Your coach assigns measurements, and you complete them in the app, with a history and graph.
• Injuries. Mark the affected area on a body diagram and track it; your coach takes this into account when planning. • Season. Competitions, trips, training camps, and rest periods on a timeline, so the plan revolves around your goals.
• Messages. Talk to your coach within the app and share specific exercises.
IF YOU COACH OTHERS
• Your athletes on a dashboard. Status, plan adherence, recent sessions, and alerts for areas needing attention.
• Plans and templates. Create a structure once, reuse it with anyone, and adjust it for each athlete.
• Exercise library. Use the shared catalog or create your own with video, equipment, muscles involved, and body areas worked.
• Real progress. Weights lifted, sessions completed, and progress for each test, without needing to ask for anything via message.
• Custom metrics. Define tests, assign them, and compare results throughout the season.
• Calendar. Sessions, reviews, and meetings, with optional synchronization with Google Calendar.
• Notes and injuries per athlete, so you don't lose track between weeks. • Invitations. Share your coach code and your athletes will automatically connect.
• Export your athletes' data to Excel whenever you need it outside the app.
• Link for physiotherapists: Instant access to an athlete's injury history without creating an account.
TINDEQ PROGRESSOR DYNAMOMETER
Connect your Progressor via Bluetooth and take measurements directly from the app. Maximum strength, real-time strength curves, and a free mode for training without a protocol. Measurements are saved in the athlete's history and instantly viewable by their coach.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA
Register with your email or Google account. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings within the app. We explain exactly what is deleted and how long it takes here: https://app.climbrlab.com/delete-account
ClimbrLab works on both mobile and web browsers with the same account.
Everything mentioned is implemented — I have checked it against the code (plans and templates, session player, ascents with the four grading systems, metrics, injury diagram, season, messages, invitations by code, .xlsx export, physio links, Google Calendar, and the three modes of Tindeq by BLE).
