Tally: Sales & Stock Book

Tally is the sales book for your shop, on your phone.

If you still write your sales in a notebook, Tally keeps the same
columns you already know (item, quantity, amount) and adds them up for
you. No more adding up at the end of the day.

RECORD A SALE IN SECONDS

Tap New sale, pick the item, and save. Tally suggests items from your
stock and fills in the price for you, so you are not typing the same
things over and over with a customer waiting. Your total for the day is
always at the top of the page.

KNOW WHAT IS LEFT IN STOCK

Add your goods once. Every sale takes from your stock automatically, so
you can see at a glance what is running low and what has run out, and
how much your stock is worth.

SEND INVOICES ON WHATSAPP

Create a neat invoice with your shop name, your customer's details and
every item, with or without VAT. Share it as a PDF on WhatsApp or
anywhere else in one tap. Mark it paid when the money comes in.

SEE HOW YOUR SHOP IS DOING

Check your takings for the day, the week, the month or the year.

BRING YOUR SALESPEOPLE

Invite the people who sell for you with a short code. Each person
records sales on their own phone, and you see who sold what and how much.
Salespeople see only their own sales, and only you can close the shop,
delete records or change the shop's details. If a salesperson makes a
mistake, they can void the sale and you will see it was voided.

YOUR MONEY, YOUR CURRENCY

Amounts are shown in Naira by default, and you can choose your own
currency when you set up your shop.

Run several shops from one account and switch between them in Settings.
