How it works

1): Download the app and create a 1 Stop Wash account. Save your address & select your custom cleaning preferences. Schedule a pickup for now or later, whatever day and slot you prefer.
2): Our 1 Stop Wash driver will swing by for collection, ensure your bags are separated by service (e.g wash & fold in one bag, dry cleaning in another etc.)
3): Your clothes are returned fresh and folded (or hung) 48 hours later. Meanwhile, you can relax with a cup of tea (or a can of beer, if that’s your thing).

Frequently Asked Questions

- How does 1 Stop Wash work?

Simply select the services you’d like with the data/time of collection & delivery, add any additional notes for the cleaners and driver if need be. Be sure to to separate your bags by service (wash & fold in one bag, dry cleaning in another etc.). Leave the rest to our cleaning and customer service team who will ensure your clothes are delivered back within 48hrs*.

- What is the turnaround time?

For standard laundry & dry cleaning orders, our turnaround time is 48hrs (working days). We have rush 24 hrs service available on our wash & fold service. Whilst we aim to deliver within 48hrs, some bulkier and more delicate items can take additional time, our customer service team will do it’s best to let you know early if items will require longer processing time or if the delivery back needs to be rescheduled.

- Where do you clean my clothes?

We clean all items in our in house cleaning store in Kings Cross, you’re more than welcome to come and check our facility out! We believe in providing a trustworthy and reliable service and so we don’t farm out the cleaning process to any partners, we’re the experts and so we handle all orders ourselves!

- Can I provide my own detergent?

Yes, you can leave your detergent in your bag and add any additional notes to the order during the booking stage.

- Do you wash my clothes with other peoples clothing?

Not at all! All orders are cleaned individually so no need to worry about that!
