About 3cket Staff

3cket Staff is the app that transforms your device into the point of sale for your event. Designed for cashless event staff, it allows you to accept contactless payments, offer discounts and credits, and sell products directly on your device — without an extra payment terminal or additional hardware.

HOW TO GET STARTED
You don't need a 3cket account. Simply:

1. Open the app
2. Enter your role code (9 digits)
3. Start your shift
The code is generated in the 3cket back office by the event organizer and shared with you. The app reflects all the configuration made by the organizer — products, prices, work zones, available offers.

ONE SHARED CODE OR ONE PER STAFF MEMBER
The organizer decides the granularity:

— One code shared among several staff members: fast distribution, analytics aggregated to the point of sale.

— One code per staff member: more granular, allows you to map each sale to the individual person and track performance per staff member.

Both models work within the same app.

MULTI-FUNCTIONALITY ON THE SAME DEVICE
Multiple event functions can coexist on the same device. A bar chef,
for example, can have the Point of Sale code installed and, in parallel,
the Product Return code — and switch between the two without leaving the app.

MAIN FEATURES
— Direct sale: receives contactless or cash payments without identifying the participant.

— Participant identification: reads the participant's code (QR, wristband, card) and deducts from the cashless balance, offer, or credits.

— Products and zones: the product listing, prices, and work zones are configured in the 3cket back office and reflected in the app.

— Invoicing: each sale automatically generates the associated tax document, according to the event requirements.

— No extra hardware: your device acts as the terminal.

REQUIREMENTS
— A function code provided by the event organizer.

— To use contactless payments on the device: specific requirements for the function (e.g., Tap to Pay on iPhone requires an iPhone XS or later and a compatible iOS version). Other functions run on more comprehensive devices.

— Internet connection during operation.
