It’s a free, simple and intuitive tool providing a platform for reporting concerns, 24/7. Users document problems by reporting – and / or taking photos with their mobile phones and uploading to the myFRISCO app. This service targets issues related to water, sewer, streets, traffic signals, lighting, signage, recycling & trash, animal control and code enforcement. myFRISCO is a convenient way to report a problem and monitor progress as our staff works on a solution. Our employees strive to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Even so, we need your 'extra eyes and ears' to help us do this.
