Cilpen Global is the internal production control application for the Cilpen Global Business, S.R.L. recycling plant. It replaces paper counts and spreadsheets with a single tool shared across the production area.

TWO LINES, SEPARATELY RECORDED

Line 1 records bales by material: PET, cardboard, HDPE, paper, hard plastic, cans, Tetra Pak, and more. Line 2 is operated from two independent workstations: one receives the incoming bale and weighs the rejects, and the other records the flakes produced. Yield and rejection percentage are calculated automatically.

DESIGNED FOR A SHARED DEVICE

Each workstation is opened with its own PIN, so each weighing is attributed to the person who recorded it. A weight is recorded in seconds, and the daily totals are displayed instantly. Records can be corrected or deleted. Offline weighings are saved on the device and automatically sent when the signal is restored, so nothing is lost.

QUALITY CONTROL

The Quality Control station inspects the produced material, approves or rejects it, assigns it a grade of A, B, or C, and records the reason for rejection. The complete grade classification is included in the report.

PURCHASING AND SALES

Purchasing records raw materials purchased from suppliers, including material, kilograms, and price per kilogram. It allows for attaching a photo of the supplier's paper receipt so that each purchase has its proof of purchase. The photo is optional and is saved privately. Sales records material sold or exported by customer and destination, keeping the inventory up-to-date with the yard.

A REAL-TIME REPORT FOR MANAGEMENT

At the end of the day, the supervisor records the schedule for each line, any stops and their reasons, and any other relevant information, and closes the workday. The entire history is exported to an Excel file with the grouped daily report, the quality sheet, weighings separated by line, purchases and sales, and monthly targets compared against actual production, accumulated by year. Ready to send to management.

A READ-ONLY PANEL

The Administration view displays live daily figures, inventory breakdown by material, and progress against the monthly target, without the ability to modify anything.

ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

Access requires an email account and password created by the Cilpen administrator. Within the app, each workstation is opened with its own 4-digit PIN, which is used to attribute each entry to the user. The session can be closed at any time from the workstation selector.
