Mercury

Mercury is the field app for operators. It centralizes your daily work in one place: what tasks you're assigned, where they are, what evidence needs to be captured, and the status of each one.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View your assigned tasks with their priority, scheduled time, and due date.

• Visit each stop on a route with its arrival window.

• Record evidence as required by each task: photos, signatures, notes, and barcodes.

• Update the status of tasks and stops as you progress through the day.

• Add comments within a task to coordinate with the dispatch team without leaving the app.

• Receive notifications when you're assigned new work or when something changes to your current tasks.

BACKGROUND LOCATION TRACKING

Mercury collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use, to show your position to the dispatch team and track your ongoing tasks.

This feature is essential for the app to function. Without it, the dispatcher cannot assign work based on proximity, monitor route progress, or confirm that a stop was serviced at the correct location.

You can enable and disable tracking from your profile at any time. While active, the system displays a persistent notification so you always know when your location is being recorded.

ACCESS

Mercury is an internal work tool. You need credentials provided by your organization to log in; it is not possible to create an account from within the app.
