You are the loadmaster. Every job hands you an aircraft, an airfield, a day's
weather 🌤️ and a manifest of freight worth more than the aeroplane can carry.

Three things have to be true at once before you are allowed to release a flight.

THE FREIGHT HAS TO FIT
Drag ✋ consignments into the hold cell by cell. Clearance height falls off toward
the walls, so tall freight only fits near the centreline. Point floor load,
running load per metre of floor, crush limits on what you stack, tie-down rings,
hazardous-goods segregation distances and the loading order through the door are
all checked as you drag ✋, not after you commit.

THE AIRCRAFT HAS TO BALANCE ⚖️
Where you drop a crate is its moment arm. The centre of gravity moves under your
finger and has to sit inside the certified envelope, not only at takeoff but for
the whole fuel burn, because fuel burns from its own arm and the balance ⚖️ walks as
the flight goes on. Lateral balance ⚖️ is its own limit: you can be perfectly
trimmed nose to tail and still be a wing-down mess.

THE AEROPLANE HAS TO GET OFF THE RUNWAY
Density altitude, wind component, surface state and slope decide four numbers 🔢:
ground roll, distance to fifty feet, accelerate-stop distance, and single-engine
climb gradient. All four are integrated, not looked up in a table 📋. The roll you
watch 👀 on the takeoff run is the same calculation that produced the verdict.

Optimising any one of the three breaks the other two. The densest packing puts
mass aft, which is exactly where the envelope is tightest. Spreading mass forward
raises the point load under the weakest cells. Every kilogram you keep costs
runway and climb gradient. The legal answer on a cool sea-level 🧗 field is illegal
on a hot mesa.

Leaving freight on the ramp is a legal move, and sometimes the right one. The
debrief pays for margin, not tonnage.

WHAT IS IN IT
- Three aircraft with different holds, envelopes and payloads: the cramped
Kestrel 210, the square-section Draybox 40, the heavy Halberd 700.
- Six airfields, from a short grass strip to a hot desert mesa to an arctic ice
runway with the best climb and the worst braking in the game 🎮.
- Eleven freight types, each with a real rule: fragile bears nothing, livestock
rides top layer only, pipes load lengthwise, two hazard classes must stay
apart.
- Every level 🧗 is generated with its own solution first, so a full-marks load is
always genuinely reachable, never a lucky guess.
- A method sheet inside the app 📱 that prints the actual formula, the units, the
constants and a worked example behind every number 🔢 on screen.
- Photograph your own freight with the camera 📷 and give it a mass and a footprint,
then load it alongside the manifest.
- A logbook of released flights with the layout you flew, and a flight card you
can save 💾 to your gallery 🖼️.

Fully offline 📴. No account, no sign-in, no ads, no purchases, no location. The
physics is a deliberately simple ✨ model built to be honest about being one: the
method sheet says so in plain words, and the segregation rules are modelled on
the published idea 💡 of cargo separation rather than reproducing any regulation.
