KeepUp: Fitness & Friends

KeepUp turns working out into something you actually want to keep doing — by doing it with people who'll notice if you stop.

TRACK EVERY WORKOUT
Log workouts manually or connect Health Connect to automatically pull in sessions from your favourite fitness apps and wearables — duration, calories, and heart rate, all in one place.

CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD
Compete on Global, Regional, or Club leaderboards across weekly, monthly, yearly, or all-time views. Earn points for every workout, level up through tiers from Rookie to Legend, and watch your rank move in real time.

BUILD OR JOIN A CLUB
Create a public or private club with friends, teammates, or your gym crew. Club owners can manage membership, review a workout audit, and turn on bonuses that reward showing up.

KEEP EACH OTHER HONEST
Send a nudge — a quick push notification, a preset message, or your own words — to a clubmate who's gone quiet. Long-press or tap through to see anyone's recent workout history right from the leaderboard.

BUILD A STREAK
Log a workout every day to build your streak and earn a growing points multiplier. Premium members get streak freezes to protect a hard-earned streak through the odd missed day.

MAKE IT YOURS
Earn gems from your activity and spend them on avatar frames and gear to show off on the leaderboard.

USE IT ANYWHERE
Everything KeepUp does is also available from your browser — log a workout, check your rank, or manage your club from the web dashboard, no app required.

Whether you're chasing a personal streak or trying to out-log your whole club this week, KeepUp keeps the people around you in the loop — and keeps you showing up.
