CentrixDial Agent is a mobile softphone client built for call-center and contact-center agents working on Asterisk/VICIdial-based phone systems.

Sign in with your agent account, select your campaign, and join your assigned call queue directly from your phone or tablet. CentrixDial keeps you connected to your contact center's calling system without being tied to a desk phone or desktop softphone.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

CentrixDial Agent is a business tool intended for use by employees of organizations running a CentrixPlus/Asterisk contact center deployment. It requires a valid agent account provisioned by your employer or IT administrator — it is not a general-purpose dialer, and it cannot be used without an active agent account and access to your organization's calling server.

DATA & PRIVACY

All calls and account data are sent directly and securely to your own organization's server — never to a third-party analytics or advertising service. No contacts, call logs, or location data are accessed from your device.
