About Carowinds

The official, Carowinds app! Get more out of every day at the park with ride wait times for your favorite rides, an interactive guide map that will help you find the fastest route to any place in the park, easy access to your FunPix photos, a complete listing of all the entertaining shows and events, including show times, so you won’t miss a minute of the action. Buy tickets or store your Season Pass on your phone and receive special offers and discounts only available to app users. Everything you need to make your day at Carowinds the best day ever!

The app uses your location to keep you up to date with offers, events and activities relevant to your location. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

What’s new

Version 7.36.0 · Updated December 18, 2020

This updated version of the app makes it even easier to get through the gate. Just tap your digital ticket, and your screen will automatically brighten while your ticket expands to full screen for easier scanning. We've also enhanced the map search functionality to make it easier to find your way around the park, and updated the home screen to make the park map even easier to find. This update also includes a number of minor bug fixes and enhancements.

I love this app almost as much as I love pizza rolls. The only thing that would make this app better is if I could eat it. I bet it would taste like pizza rolls. If you can find a way to let me be able to eat this app, I will find a way to give it 6 stars.
